The Information and Accounting Center (IRC) was established by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 1993 No. 1088 “On the financing of the Information and Accounting Center under the State Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for State Property.”
In accordance with paragraph 2 of the resolution of the State Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for State Property Management dated November 7, 1996 No. 723, the Republican State Treasury Enterprise "ITC" was transformed into the Republican State Enterprise with the right of economic management "ITC".
In pursuance of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2005 No. 475, the republican state enterprise with the right of economic management "ITC" of the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan was reorganized by transforming into a joint-stock company "ITC", with one hundred percent participation of the state in the charter capital.
In accordance with the license issued in 1995 by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the ITC carries out intermediary operations in the securities market, was a member of the Central Asian Stock Exchange, the International Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, the Association of Brokers and Dealers, and is currently a member of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, has an account with the Central Depository and accreditation as a participant in the regional financial center of Almaty.
Thus, ITC JSC is a financial organization that is obliged to comply with the requirements established by Articles 47-1, 49-1, 53, 53-1 and 54 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 2, 2003 “On the Securities Market”, including .h. on coordination of management with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.

Organization and maintenance of records of state property, privatization
1. The functions are defined in clause 21) art. 1, clause 9 art. 200 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Property”;
1.2. In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2011 No. 802, ITC JSC was designated as a single operator in the field of accounting of state property.

2. The powers are defined in paragraph 10) of Art. 1, Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Accounting and Financial Reporting”;
2.2. In accordance with the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 23, 2008 No. 1228, ITC JSC is authorized to maintain a financial reporting depository.

3. The functions are defined by paragraph 28) of Article 1, paragraph 4 of Article 13-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Grain”;
3.2. In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 5, 2016 No. 452, ITC JSC was designated as the registrar.
The types of activities of ITC JSC were approved by letters of the Antimonopoly authority dated October 21, 2016. No. 34-5-23/13742, from 05.10.2016 No. 34-5-23/1839, dated 09/04/2019 No. 44-6-08/70 and dated July 21, 2020. No. 44-0-1-44/47-х
